Dr Karandikar is a triple board certified physician (ABPMR, ABPMR- BIM and AANEM) dedicated to transforming clinical care and medical education. Dr Karandikar has extensive clinical experience and holds critical leadership roles at the regional and national level.

Key areas of focus in his clinical practice include Neurorehabilitation, Electrodiagnosis, Musculoskeletal medicine and Ultrasound. He has won numerous teaching awards and grants and published several peer-reviewed journal articles. On a national level, Dr Karandikar is an appointed member of the Editorial Board (MSK section) of PM&R Knowledge Now– a national educational initiative led by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a peer-reviewer for “PM&R”, the flagship journal of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Pravardhan Birthi is an ex-army physician double board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain. Dr. Birthi is currently practicing interventional pain management in Nebraska. He specializes in treating the entire spectrum of pain from acute to chronic stages using various cutting edge treatment methods.

Dr Birthi’s clinical focus is management of chronic pain, cancer pain, headache, musculoskeletal medicine issues and spasticity. He has won several awards and published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles.

Dr. Birthi earned his medical degree from Bangalore Medical College in India. He completed his internship and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and his fellowship in Interventional Pain at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY.

Dr. Patricia Zheng is an Assistant Professor in Orthopedics at the University of California - San Francisco. As someone who performs injections for patients with neck and back pain, she sees the need for procedural consent videos capable of better informing and preparing patients for these procedures. She believes the ClarifyRx vision that better education equates better patient care.
